Robin Reames - Claims Director

Robin is a relative newcomer to the insurance industry, if not to customer front line operations. Following a successful military career as an officer in the Grenadier Guards, mainly spent in key operational areas world wide, Robin was recruited by the Churchill Group with a senior post in its Claims Services Group (CSG).

When, two years later, Churchill was acquired by Royal Bank of Scotland, Robin worked on the initial integration of CSG and Direct Line's Assistance function and on the reorganisation of Dixon Motors, another RBS subsidiary.

Robin is a keen sportsman and still enjoys playing rugby, skiing and sailing when family commitments allow - Robin is married with two young sons and a daughter.
