Help Team Member

Location: Teesside
Salary: circa £15000 (pro rata for part-time) + benefits

Overall Purpose Of Job

To contribute as a member of the Help Team in fulfilling daily responsibilities in relation to customer support.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • To be prompt and efficient in answering telephone calls
  • To respond to customer email queries within a 12 hour timescale
  • To support and assist customers with product and system queries
  • To contribute to organisational success and profitability by maximising profits through sales of ancillary products
  • To contribute and assist with the continuous development of knowledge base
  • To undertake relevant training and maintain competences
  • To assist with projects and workflows wherever necessary
  • To contribute to team motivation by working effectively as a Help Team Member
  • To organise and manage daily tasks efficiently and effectively

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to react to change in a positive manner
  • Basic working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Positive / Can do attitude

Other Skill Required

  • Professional in appearance and conduct
  • To be responsible for the health and safety of self and others at all times whilst in the workplace
