Travel insurance: Estonia is a 'great option for tourists'
Estonia is a popular holiday destination for people and offers a number of attractions such as shopping, it has been claimed, comments that could intrigue those hunting for travel insurance.
According to Lonely Planet, Tallinn, the capital city, is one of the "most beautiful" in Europe, with a variety of hotels and boutiques.
The medieval old town was initially one of the central reasons why tourists flocked to the area, travel editor Tom Hall remarked, because it is "astonishingly well-preserved" and has a hotbed of cafes.
He commented: "Tallinn is seen as a city where you can have lots of different aspects to a few days. You can go and just experience some of the bars and the clubs, but during the day you can recover by going to some of the cafes."
On top of this well-trodden city, he added, other parts of the country, such as the historic town Kuressaare, are incredibly scenic.
Estonia has a temperate climate, with average temperatures in the summer months hitting 20.9 degrees C.
