Changing preferred payment dates

You can select your preferred direct debit payment date when you buy your policy. Your payment will then be requested on that date every month, but may take up to three working days to be processed.

You may also change your preferred payment date once in the policy year or at renewal.

If you need to change your direct debit details, log in to My Swift Space and select 'Change' next to 'Payment Method' on the main page. Just follow the simple steps online and you'll be able to make the changes yourself. There's no need to phone. It's secure. Fast. Easy. And it's free of admin fees.

Please remember to keep all your details up to date because your cover could be affected if anything isn't correct.
