Courtesy car cover
As standard, you’ll be given a 3-door courtesy car when you make a valid claim. If you’re a Swiftcover Plus Car Insurance customer, courtesy cars are included in your policy as standard.

Courtesy car upgrades
With Swiftcover Plus Car Insurance, courtesy cars are included in your policy. But if a small 3-door car doesn’t suit your needs, you can upgrade your courtesy car cover as an optional extra. With the upgrade, you’ll get:
- A similar car to your own while your car is being repaired, or for up to 21 days if your car has been stolen or written off.
- If we can’t provide you with a suitable courtesy car, we’ll give you up to £25 a day to cover alternative travel costs.
So, if you drive a larger car, we’ll do our best to get you a courtesy car with the same number of seats.
You can add the courtesy car upgrade when you get a Swiftcover Car Insurance quote.
