Support with your mental health
Your mental health is incredibly important. If you’re finding it challenging to manage daily tasks, there are a host of services designed to support you.
Your GP will be able to offer you guidance based on your needs and circumstances. But for extra support, we’ve collected some information on online resources and charities dedicated to offering help.

Online resources
The Mind team is there to give your more information around mental health issues and where to get help. They can also help you find services inn your local area that offers support.

YoungMinds Crisis Messenger is a free, 24/7 support line for young people going through a mental health crisis. All texts are answered by trained volunteers, with support from experienced clinical supervisors.

Samaritans are there 24/7 for anyone who’s struggling to cope, and needs someone to listen without judgement or pressure. Samaritans are not only a moment of crisis, but there to help to prevent one.
