giving us your full name and policy number we should be able to quickly take care of most queries by email.
We can also speak to someone else for you if you prefer. If you’d like us to do this,
please contact us first with the simple information below:
- Your full name and policy number
- The name, date of birth and contact details for your alternative contact

Documents for the blind and partially sighted
We can provide any Swiftcover document in Braille, large font and audio versions. We
aim to swiftly provide these documents in 10 working days, and there’s no charge for this service.
