At Swiftcover, we’re committed to providing a service that everybody can use.

Documents for the blind and partially sighted

We can provide any Swiftcover document in Braille, large font and audio versions.

We aim to swiftly provide these documents in 10 working days, and there’s no charge for this service.

If you’ve had accessibility issues with our online services, please let us know. We can take calls through Typetalk or Minicom – just call us on 0330 024 6394.

Email us at help@swiftcover.com. By giving us your full name and policy number, we should be able to quickly take care of most queries by email.

If you’d prefer, we can speak to someone else for you. Let us know your full name and policy number, alongside the name, date of birth and contact details for your alternative contact.
