Shopping online drives down the cost of insurance

Moving jobs ended up saving Keith Woollacott over £50 on his car insurance when he switched from his traditional broker to a policy with Swiftcover, the UK's only dedicated online insurer.

Keith, 52, an IT manager from Somerset, used to visit his insurance broker when he needed to renew his car insurance. However, when Keith got a new job in a different location, he was no longer able to visit his broker during his work break.
